I have installed Office 2010 technical preview early last week on work machine and since most of my work on Outlook, it is the first product to get in touch with and discover its new features.
Outlook 2010 has new feature called Quick steps where you can customize some actions to apply on an email, some quick steps exists by default on Outlook
For example
To Manager: it extracts your manager for the address list and construct new email with the manger in to field.
Done:
Performs a set of defined actions on the mail and through options you can add another actions.
Quick steps easily customizable, quick and really a need end user feature
