How to : Add Ping Servers to Windows Live Writer
  1. Open Windows Live Writer
  2. Tools > Options
  3. From the left list select Ping Servers
  4. Select Send pings to the URLs below (one URL per line) checkbox
  5. Add the following ping servers
    1. http://rpc.pingomatic.com
    2. http://blogsearch.google.com/ping/RPC2
  6. Click Ok
  7. Add a new blog post and watch the traffic
